We collect only what is necessary to operate this site and fulfill inquiries:

• Email addresses submitted through signup forms, if you choose to subscribe to the collector newsletter.
• Inquiry form submissions — your name, email address, and message when you inquire about a work.
• Account data — if you create a collector account: your email address, wishlist, and submitted inquiries.

We do not collect payment information directly. All payments are processed through Square.

• To respond to your inquiries about original artworks.
• To send newsletters — only if you subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• To manage your collector account, wishlist, and inquiry history.

We will never contact you for any purpose beyond what you opted into.

We use the following third-party services to operate this site:

• Cloudinary — image hosting and optimization
• Square — payment processing
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure
• Printful — print-on-demand fulfillment for merchandise

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Collector account information (name, address, phone, email) is used solely to facilitate art purchases and communications directly related to your inquiries and purchases. This information is never sold, shared, or used for promotional purposes without your explicit consent. You may opt in to studio updates and collector newsletters separately.

All artwork, photography, text, and creative content on this site is the exclusive intellectual property of Rex Autry. All rights are reserved under U.S. and international copyright law.

Prohibited uses — the following are expressly forbidden without prior written consent:

• Using any image, text, or creative work from this site to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting content from this site for any AI-related dataset or corpus.
• Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content on this site for commercial purposes.
• Using artwork images in NFTs, AI-generated art, or any form of synthetic media without written license.

AI training prohibition: The owner of this site explicitly prohibits the use of any content from rexautry.com for the training of generative AI systems, including but not limited to image diffusion models, large language models, and multimodal AI. This prohibition applies to all operators of web crawlers, data aggregators, and AI companies.
