Terms of Service

All sales of original artworks are final. No returns, no exchanges. Please inquire thoroughly before committing to a purchase.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee purchase. Works remain available to all collectors until payment is completed and confirmed.

All prices are listed in USD.

Houston metro delivery is available for a $50 flat fee. Contact studio@rexautry.com after purchase to arrange.

Shipping outside the Houston metro is arranged via email. The collector is responsible for actual shipping costs. A quote will be provided within 2 business days.

Creating a collector account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access (including any sign-in links sent to your email) and for all activity that occurs under your account.

This site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or submitting an inquiry, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may suspend or terminate an account at our discretion, including for suspected misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable local, state, or federal law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on this site.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation, including through scraping, automated data collection, or excessive automated requests.
• Use content from this site in violation of the Intellectual Property & AI Protection terms described in our Privacy Policy.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on this site.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for anyone who violates this policy.

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rex Autry Artworks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any transaction conducted through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the artwork or item in question.

Nothing in this section limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.
